Nightmare Before Christmas Baby Nursery

Now that the Baby Shower is over the next best part of having a child is creating his or her nursery.  For those who know me know that I have to be different and I'm a huge fan of Jim Burton's Nightmare Before Christmas Movie. I hope all of you are aware of this movie if not I have included a link for you to view to get a little sample

Creating my son's nursery was so much fun but also a little difficult since its not an ordinary project. Some of my friends thought I was insane. I would love to hear your feedback on what you think.
I have included a video of the Nursery and also some still pictures of the Nursery and when we were creating it. Enjoy!

The Nursery Furniture was Purchased at Ikea except the Crib which was purchased at Sears.

The mobile was created by my Best friend Adriana. I purchased the little stuff dolls on Amazon and we went to Michael's Art and Craft to get the ribbon and rings. We sewed the white string onto the dolls and we attached them to the rings.

The other creative item such as the Zero dog hanging from the ceiling we actually learned how to do through a blog we found on google http://www.polishthestars.com/2010/05/zero-ghost-dog.html

The Letters spelling out Syler's name were hand drawn by his father, letters can be purchased at Michael's

Most of everything else in the room we purchased from Ebay and Amazon to decorate and such.

Hope you enjoyed tonight's blog. As always please leave your comments, feedback is always appreciated! Have a good night as BE CREATIVE!!
