Rock Star Baby Shower Goodies

Rock star Baby Shower
Now that we have the Baby Shower Party Favor out the way I wanted to show you how creative you can get with sweets. In this post I will show you what we offered our guest for goodies and how much fun it is to be creative. In the picture above that was the middle table where all the goodies went such as the Cupcakes, Fruit Watermelon Bowl, Chocolate covered  Pretzels, "It's a Boy" Chocolate Lollipops and the Cake. I will go in depth of each individually along the way.

If you have any questions on anything in this post please feel free to comment below and ask :)

"Lollipops and Pretzels"

These were done by myself and my close friend Adriana. We went to Michael's Art & Craft Store and purchased all the items needed to achieve our goodies. Now these were a little time consuming but very fun to do especially if you are working on them with friends. Also it may get messy but what's FUN if your not getting dirty!

Ingredients Needed: Pretzel Rods, Candy Melts, Cellophane Bags, Ribbons, Lollipop Sticks, and mold trays (your choice) I've included some pictures of some of the ingredients we used. To get a tutorial on how to do these and many more fun candy I went to the Wilton Website for help. For those who are interested please visit http://www.wilton.com/candy/making-candy/ for step by step instruction.

"Rock Star Cupcakes"

These cupcakes were made by me and honestly all I used was cake mix in a box, nothing fancy. As far as the frosting I did purchase Wilton Icing Color to get that nice baby blue for decorations. Now next on the list was the cupcake wrappers. After countless of nights searching the Internet for a Rock Star theme wrapper and coming up empty handed I decided why not make my own, how hard can it be?? Well as long as you are digitally savvy and a Graphic Designer as me its possible if not you can contact me and I would be more than happy to create you your own personal wrappers at a low cost.
Anyways if you are digitally savvy contact me and I would be more than happy to email you the PDF template needed to create these. I also purchased Decorative Scissors to cut the top edges to give it a more exciting look. We also was able to find Rock Star Cupcake Rings at Birthday Direct another online party store we love to place on top of the cupcakes for decorations.
For the final look I purchased a Cupcake tower which we decorated as seen in the picture and there you go as SIMPLE as that we made our own 100 Cupcake Tower for less than $60* (*price depends on your purchased could be more or less)

"Rock Star Cake & Baby Carriage Watermelon Fruit Bowl"

Now the last two goodies for the Baby Shower were not created by me but I must post about them because they were so creative and awesome. The cake was created for me by my good friend Marle who has her own Cake making business from home and the Watermelon Fruit Bowl was created by a young lady named Rebecca who also has her own business from home. So many people now are doing such great things and making money from their home. Kudos to them!!
If anyone is interested in Cakes or anything in the baking department follow Marleny on instagram @marlescake. As far as the Baby Carriage Watermelon Fruit Bowl please contact me for their contact information.

So I hope you enjoyed today's post and that I helped you stir up your creative side in making goodies for your next event or just at home! Once again your feedback is very appreciated so don't be shy to leave comments :)

Stay tuned for future post and if you have any questions ask away.
Have a good day and remember to be Creative!!
